Hello, Introducing myself, a responsible and organized 22-year-old MBA student currently living in downtown Vancouver. As a freelancer specializing in social advertising, content creation, and marketing, I am constantly on the lookout for a clean and peaceful living space where I can maximize my productivity.

I prioritize staying healthy and active, which is why I make it a point to go for a run every morning and work out daily. Additionally, I am a non-smoker, non-drug user, and do not consume alcohol, so you can expect a respectful and considerate neighbour.

During my free time, I love to go hiking, trekking, cycling, or just relax with some music and a cup of coffee. I take pride in keeping my surroundings clean and organized, and I am more than happy to contribute to maintaining a pleasant living environment for everyone.

As my lease is ending soon, I am on the hunt for a new place to call home starting April 1st. I am hoping to find a suitable living space in Vancouver, BC, where I can continue to pursue my studies and freelancing work while enjoying the beautiful surroundings the city has to offer. Thanks
