I believe a home should be a safe and peaceful (and clean!) sanctuary for all those living there so I’m looking for someone likeminded. I HAVE A CAT, he is very curious but will not bother you. He does not like guests so I’m not looking for someone that will constantly have people over. I’m at the office 2-3 days a week.

So that there isn’t any miscommunication, I’m looking to find and share a 2 bed 2 bath condo or townhouse. Two bathrooms are a must and both bedrooms should have windows (no window is a dealbreaker for me and I find for the other person as well). My budget is 1650 (can go higher only if you can). Sorry, only looking for someone with a budget of at least 1500 minimum. Not looking for a sublet and not looking for 1-3 month stay. Female only.
