I work from home/remotely for a home construction company, so I am home a lot during the day but like to venture out of the house in the evenings. I am quiet, clean, and respectful and enjoy being outside. I don’t smoke, drink or party. I enjoy working on my car, reading, and sunny beach days.

Would like to find and share a house or duplex/townhouse, something with a back yard and a home office/spare room, and maybe a garage.

I have a cat and a dog, they’re both about the same size and get along well. They like being outside, going for walks, and playing.
