Hello, My name is Saif, and I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to introduce myself to you as a potential tenant. I am 24 years old, and I am a student at UNB. I am currently searching for a new place to call home. As a tenant, I take great pride in maintaining a clean and organized living space. I am a responsible and respectful individual who understands the importance of following the rules and guidelines set forth by landlords and property managers. I believe that communication is key when it comes to renting an apartment, and I am always willing to work with my landlord or property manager to resolve any issues that may arise.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking and also I can say i am a professional cook with 7 years of previous experience with different cuisines like France, Italian, Mexican, Turkish, Uzbek, and Iranian cuisines. I am responsible and characteristic, and I value my privacy and quiet time. I am looking for a (furnished, unfurnished) room or apartment that can accommodate my lifestyle and needs. I am also open to living with a roommate or significant other if the apartment permits.
