Hello all! I am a young at heart 57 year old lady looking to simplify my life. I currently rent a condo in the South Side of Edmonton. I have been here since 2017. I love the area and everything about where I am but the rent having increased substantially lately I find that it is getting harder to make ends meet and I can do away with the stress of it all. I am very quiet and respectful of others and enjoy a clean living space. I have a standard poodle for a companion and he is extremely well behaved and well mannered. We keep active together. He does not bark as a rule as he was trained for apartment living. Charlie and I are looking for a large bedroom with private bathroom and possibly some extra storage for two bicycles and a bit of camping equipment. This is what we enjoy doing 😊 I hope we can find somewhere to share life with an easygoing, mature and respectful individual for this fall. I am looking at a long term arrangement if possible.
