I am looking for a room or one bedroom with private washroom in Toronto

Female only for roomies as I’ve had some negative experiences with male roommates. Sorry. This is not personal. No pets either please. I don’t have any pets myself. I am exclusively look g for a room with a seperate bathroom, otherwise I will just stay where I’m living now. So please don’t contact me unless the unit has private en-suite washroom along with room or is a full one bedroom.

As a freelancer I am able to work remotely and will be home much of the time. However I travel a lot so when I’m gone, you would have the place to yourself.

I also collect disability insurance as a supplementary form of income due to a nervous system injury. So regardless of my income I will always have a reservoir of cash flow to cover rent.

As a roommate, I am quiet and I don’t party much if at all so I’m usually not a huge problem in terms of noise. I’m very tidy and clean. I am social however, so when I say quiet I don’t mean in an anti social or shy way.

I will be very helpful to the upkeep of the apartment. I’m a great friend and listener if someone needs help but I typically do my own thing and can respect a persons privacy and need to be alone and independent and am hoping for the same. Im very good with comprising and problem resolution so differences between roommates should be resolved quickly and beneficially to all roommates.
