I’m not in a rush to move. I am looking for the right place for a longterm stay, in an unfurnished room near a Skytrain. Preferably from an owner with hardwood floors. I’m really neat and tidy , respectful of noise/space and outdoorsy.

I’m a Costume Designer, Interested in transitioning to a new career as a Voice Over artist. I have a passive Income aside from earnings, that is earmarked to pay for living.

Due to respitory issues I can’t live with smokers, and I have an allergy to musky body perfumes and colognes. I always run an air purifier in my room when home.. for dust, scents, dander etc. Lungs require clean air

I am an introverted extrovert. So I can be very chatty and love company, but I also need time away from others to recharge.

I Love walking/ hiking, I’m an anime watcher, I value and spend time with mycfamily/ friends. I’m generally described as a happy, relaxed, soft, vibey and self aware person and enjoy the same in others.

If u are tidy, respectful of boundaries and like relaxed energy and spaces We’ll get along.

I am interested in team ups with others (m/f/t/b/nb) for seeking out either a 2 bed split condo with hardwood and 2 full bathrooms, Or 3-4 for a house.
