As a 24-year-old student soon to embark on the two-year ITAS program at VIU this September, I am currently exploring rental options in the Nanaimo area. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to connect with other students or working individuals interested in securing a two-bedroom apartment or basement suite. It would be ideal to live with another student or queer person, though that’s not a strict requirement as long as we share mutual respect and get along.

Personally, I am quiet and do not host parties or frequently invite guests over. However, I would not object to you having guests over. I currently do not have any pets, but I do enjoy the company of animals and would be willing to consider a pet-friendly accommodation if you have any pets.

A little more about me: I enjoy hiking, fitness, cooking, gaming, and watching movies or T.V series. I identify as trans. I am committed to maintaining a clean and tidy living environment, especially in shared spaces, and I aim to be a considerate roommate overall.
