Hello All!

My name is Katelynn. My partner Jay and I are relocating to Saskatoon in the near future. We are looking for a roommate to team up with to acquire a home that will allow for our fur babies. It seems that anything allowing a large dog costs an arm and a leg in Saskatoon. We would be looking at getting a full house with a backyard to accommodate my old boy. We have one medium/large Blue Heeler lab mix, and two cats.

Things of note:

• We are relocating quite soon; my projected start date at my new work location is June 19th (may be pushed back if we cannot find accommodations)
• We are both neurodivergent. This will be a neurodivergent safe space. I am autistic.
• We are giant nerds. We can usually be found playing video games together.
• My partner is immuno-compromised, so we just ask that our roommate be forthcoming if they end up ill at any point <3
• We are D&D/Pathfinder adventurers and will likely end up hosting games at the house. You are more than welcome to join!
• I am a public servant, and to maintain my security clearance, I cannot reside with anyone with a criminal record (I’m really sorry, I don’t discriminate for past mistakes, but my work does.)
• We are 100% a LGBTQ+ Safe space <3

We already have all the furnishings for common areas, so all you need is things for your space. If we haven’t scared you away yet, send me a message! We will be in Saskatoon for a house-hunting trip the first week of June.
