Hello everyone, My name is Daniel, and I am currently seeking accommodation with a move-in date of December 1st or January 1st. About me: I am a 42-year-old gay man from Spain. I have been in Canada since 2018. I work full-time in Toronto as an Administrative Professional and also have a background in Graphic Design. I maintain a clean, respectful, and responsible lifestyle. I like to mention that I will be accompanied by my tabby cat, Figaro, who is small, quiet, calm, and spends most of his time either near me or resting peacefully. In my spare time I like to go to the gym, I like biking, paddle boarding, play with my cat. However, is important that I like share an apt, house,…with someone that is ok with cat as for me is importar that Figaro is a good place to live. Also, I value a harmonious, considerate living environment where housemates are friendly, communicative, and respectful of each other’s privacy. What I am looking for: A furnished private room (a bed and mattress would be sufficient) in a shared apartment with individuals who are comfortable living with a cat. I also have some furniture of my own that I can bring. Preferred location: Ideally downtown or midtown, preferably within walking distance of a subway station. I also appreciate the Danforth area, but I am open to any central and well-connected neighbourhood. Budget: Approximately $1,000–$1,200. Move-in date: December 1st or January 1st. Length of stay: I am seeking a long-term rental. My preference is to share a home with one other person, though I am open to different arrangements. As this is my first time searching for housing abroad, I am still navigating the process, but I am fully committed, responsible, and open to guidance.
