Hey everyone! I am a 29F who is moving back to Waterloo after some time away from it. I have a dog who is my service dog, so if I am not home, then neither is she. But she is very friendly and loves other dogs, and I have two very friendly cats. I also have a boyfriend willing to help us with things too. I am looking for probably a short-term to long-term as well as possible that I will be moving in with my boyfriend in the future. I will give proper notice when that happens. We mostly keep to ourselves, and we are respectful of others.
I know it said in the title 800, but I am willing to go up a bit, ideally max 900-1300ish. I also have my bedroom furniture.
