Hello! We Looking for an Ensuite Room in Waterloo

Hi! My name is Tharaphu, but I go by Thara. My husband and I are looking for an ensuite room in Waterloo that includes a private bedroom for both of us.

We’re both working professionals — my husband works as a Program Assistant at Wilfrid Laurier University, and I’m a Warehouse Associate in New Hamburg.

We’re looking to rent for at least 12 months, with the possibility of extending the lease if things work out well. We don’t have a car, so parking isn’t needed.

We’re clean, quiet, and respectful tenants who will take good care of the space. We also cook only once or twice a week, so we won’t be using the kitchen much.
