• NW, SW, SE preferred (no faraway end of city areas) or NE (around Bridgeland, NO far away NE)
• Prefer a month-to-month deal
• Must have a window and a door key
• Non-smoking (inside nor outside – including vaping)
• Low or scent-free (NO sprays, incense, air aromatizers, plug-ins) due to bad allergy to chemicals, dust mites and pets dander so NO Pets either.
• Not a party house/apartment
