Hello, I’m a 30 year old male, im clean, quiet, respectful, no loud music, nobody else over, etc. I am hoping to rent a room long-term. Im on ODSP so there will never be a problem with the rent money. I spend most of the day on the computer inside, and would prefer to rent somewhere with a fast internet connection.
