Looking for potential roommates to generally be under thirty-five.

Will be attending Niagara College, and so will be aiming for rentals that allow me an easy commute to the Niagara-on-the-Lake campus. Ten to fifteen minute drive away is fine.

I keep things clean and expect the same of others. Somewhat messy is fine but I don’t want crowded or gross.

I have a cat who loves people but does not love other animals. Could be taught to tolerate but it would take a while. Smaller contained pets are fine as she will not try to break into enclosures.

Would rather rent a whole floor/apartment/house than a single room in somebody else’s house if possible.

I like games, cooking/baking (will be taking a culinary program, so to me a functional kitchen is a must), music, reading, and theatre, especially musicals.

Optional but it’d be nice to have a roommate to build a friendship and hang out with. If not then I’d like to have at least a casual amicable coexistence rather than just ignoring each other as I’ve seen some roommates do.
