Im a bit of a neat freak, organised perfectionist. Virgo by birth. I have impeccable renting references. I shovel in the winter and Mow in the summer. I also love to garden in the spring and summer as I inherited my mothers green thumb. I also love house plants. I am an artist working towards applying for an independent artists grant. I spent over 2 decades in hotels and restaurants and kitchens so I know how to clean up after myself. I quit smoking 2.5 yrs ago when I lost my mom to lung cancer. I have some health issues and am currently receiving money from the govt. The 2 biggest key points for me are respecting privacy and open honest communication.
