My name is Heather I am looking for a private room to rent for myself Feb 1st with females only, I can commit to a 6 month lease or possibly longer depending on the situation.

My ideal price range is $550-$700 a month, my rent is always on time.

About me: I am quiet, clean, and friendly, I do not drink or do drugs. I love to cook especially which I consider myself quite good at. I like taking walks and enjoying nature. I have the sweetest 10 year old Maltipoo dog. He is friendly, gets along well with other animals and people.

Willing to share chores around the house and whatever else is needed from day to day. I am hoping to rent long-term. I also have multiple references if needed.

Looking to rent in anywhere in the Lower Mainland, Langley City, Surrey, Clayton Heights.
