Hi,

I am looking for a very different roommate situation.

Where to start?

I have two investors for my business I plan to open and turn into a franchise.

I also have two dogs (one very small, one bigger) that I plan to start breeding to get back into breeding as a side income.

Once my friend is done his cancer treatments I will also be getting into buying properties. If he unfortunately doesn’t make it - I will be able to fast forward my plans.

The thing is I’m ON MY WAY to all of these things. The main roadblock is time.

So I am looking a very MATURE, kind, NO partying/weed etc., clean, responsible ADULT that has extra space that would allow my son, my dogs and myself to live there while I go through the process of these things, and can pay rent when I have litters as I am only living off enough to feed myself and my son and just get by - I am full time working on my business.

Both my dogs are ready to be bred though - I would hire someone to make a puppy/mom kennel unless you had a garage you didn’t mind sharing some space of. When the puppies are born I can give you what I missed and pay more in advance.

I know this is a very odd profile - maybe there have been weirder ones (I hope! But with my luck probably not!).

Oh and NO I do not want to trade for favours. But I will trade for cleaning, cooking, making lunches, grocery shopping etc.

Oh and me? I like to stay busy but I do like my down time playing minecraft with my son (he just got me into it - it’s weird I know. I never played video games with him before haha). I’m very clean (some call me OCD😅). I’m easy going, kind, straightforward, genuine and am a strong believer that communication is everything, even when living with someone.
