Hi, I’m a friendly and amiable person. I’m moving north from USA and looking for accommodation. I have a car and am able to take care of all my needs (commuting, cooking, cleaning, etc.) without burdening anyone. I will make for an excellent housemate/roommate. I also like my peace and quiet, and will generally not make any trouble for my housemates, such as noise problems.
