Putting out feelers for roommates (or a cheap studio/ 3 1/2)

I’m 29, I work full time as an assistant manager in a pet shop. On the side Im studying to become a vet assistant. I’m not a super big partier but I’m definitely open to living with someone who is. I have a lot of plants and I like reading, colouring, going dancing, being outside and getting high on occasion. I do not smoke. I’m vegetarian but don’t mind living with meat eaters.

I have a car, so easy parking is a must. (Like street parking but no vignette) I also have a 5 year old Siberian CAT (hypoallergenic).

I’m hoping for a place somewhere in NDG, Verdun, PSC, Lasalle, Lachine kind of area.

I’m looking to spend no more than 800$ everything included

I identify as non-binary, pansexual and my pronouns are she/her

Reason I’m looking: I just had a CRAZY increase in my car insurance and right now paying rent is going to be very difficult.
