Budget: $1,200 - $1,500

Move-In & Term: April 1, 2025 (can be flexible). Long-term lease.

Locations: Looking for a place in Yonge/Eglinton or Yonge/Bloor or Yonge/Harbour, close to subway station. I don’t have a car.

Preferences & Requirements: The building must have a gym. And I would prefer the apartment to have in-unit laundry and a dishwasher. The place doesn’t need to be furnished. Non-smoking.

About me: Hi, my name is Ricky! I’m a 27yo video games/software developer working full-time. I’m clean, quiet, and respectful. I don’t smoke, party, or do drugs. I don’t do any major cooking so I won’t use the kitchen much. On weekdays I spend my time working (mostly from home) and working out, and on weekends I’m usually out with my partner. I also started an online business last year which I’m trying to grow. Oh and I also recently started taking French classes. Uhh…..Bonjour👀
