Looking to move somewhere closer to a subway line from Scarborough on August or September 1st. I’m a digital marketer, I love running, working out, biking, spending time at the beach; listening to music, etc. I have a cat who is 5 years old and well behaved, doesn’t scratch furniture, she’s super attached to me, so she’s most of the time by my side. I’m 420 occasional user (don’t smoke), but okay with others smoking. I love socializing but I prefer house hangouts over late night partying. Might be a late owl or early bird depending on how hard I’m hitting the gym that week, but always super quiet and respectful. I also work from home, so looking for a quiet place during office hours (9:00 - 5:00 pm)

BUDGET: flexible, but maybe not more than $1200

MOVE-IN & TERM: September 1st, or August 15th (Long term or at least 6 months sublet

PREFERENCES & REQUIREMENTS: I have a cat! So preferably a cat loving roomie
