I’m a Filmmaker/Photographer and I dabble in other creative things. I like to network with like-minded people, business owners and I just generally like to try and surround myself with ambitious people. So if you fit that criteria, it could be for the better! You must love cats! I’m looking for a new place to rent ASAP! My budget ranges anywhere from $600-$1300 a month depending on the type of property. I’m also looking to team up with others to find a house or a townhouse, preferably something with a backyard. Right now I’m looking at a luxurious apartment on 124 St. It’s a brand new building, we’d be paying $1200 each to live in a 2 bedroom, utilities included. Compare that to a $1200 1 Bedroom, utilities excluded, in the ghetto. It’s a bargain for luxury and safety. I have to trust that you can pay on time so you absolutely need a stable income.
