Hi! I’m a 40-year-old full-time student starting at the University of Manitoba in September, looking for a clean and quiet place in Winnipeg. I would prefer a location within 5km of the university. I’m an early riser who values routine, and I keep shared spaces organized and tidy. I’d describe myself as an introverted extrovert—laid-back, easy-going, and respectful of others’ space, but always up for a good chat or occasional hangout.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking, working out, playing guitar, and catching live music. I drink occasionally, am 420- and LGBTQ-friendly, and I’m open to living with pets (though I don’t have any myself).

I’m looking for a respectful, clean, and considerate roommate who values a quiet home environment. I’m okay with occasional guests as long as it doesn’t become disruptive. I would prefer a place with in-suite laundry and parking (I have a car). My budget is around $850/month, but I’m flexible for the right fit, and I’m planning to stay for at least a year, possibly longer.
