Description

Im looking for a room to rent I just started a new job last month (July 2024) at a long term facility in the area. I work nights (12 hour shifts) I will need 1 parking space, I don’t smoke cannabis but don’t care if roommate does. I do smoke cigarettes but only outside or when I’m away from the home. I have no pets and don’t mind if roommates has any. I am clean, quiet and work a lot. But I do have a grandson (6months old) and must be okay with him visiting and spending the night with me occasionally.
