Hi,

I’m Nathan, 33 year old chef. Just started a new job in Port Hope. Looking to move closer to work and share a space with someone. I am clean and quiet, don’t smoke, don’t party, no pets, no kids, no partner. I spend my free time cooking, reading, and hitting the gym.

I can afford up to $1500 a month in total housing costs. Hoping to find someone with a similar budget to go 50/50 on a 2 bedroom unit with. Maybe a third person to go in on a 3 bedroom unit? I have a great credit score and references, down-payment money isn’t a problem.

Currently living in a studio apartment so I don’t have much to contribute in the way of furniture for shared spaces but I do have every kitchen toy and piece of equipment imaginable lol.
