I prefer a place close to the areas indicated in the profile (Southeast end above lakeshore downtown Toronto). I am a professional, working for a Bank. I am a workaholic by nature so will often be working from the office with some late sittings. My evenings are generally spent by myself so prospective roomie may expect limited interaction (however, I am not a bad communicator either :)). On weekends, I go out of Toronto to meet the family. I am looking for a roomie/team-up who is peaceful (no partying, drinking), organized, and loves to live a comfortable life. I have already asked a Realtor to start searching according to my preferences. I expect to move in by Feb 1.
