32 years old, musician/producer, looking for a room to rent or ideally, other creative types who might want to look for a house or large apartment to share. I get along with pretty much anybody but insist on a home that’s kept (reasonably) clean, NO HARD DRUG USE, no drama, down for some socializing (game nights, good conversations, etc) but mostly want to just do my own thing. Room needs to be big enough to fit a queen-sized bed and fairly large computer desk.
