Caedon

Hey there, my names Caedon I’m 22, I’m looking for a not overly expensive and actually responsible room/ shared apartment to rent/split rent in the Oshawa/Whitby area asap! My move in date would ideally be September 1rst I’m a student who will be starting at Durham college whitby campus September 3, I’m a social cannabis user and animal lover so ideally looking for something pet friendly that would allow dogs, the max I’m willing to pay is $500 per month as my only current income is ODSP, (but would be more ideal if it’s just under $500) I’m an organized and clean individual, almost always on the go even on my days off and willing to buy my own groceries, utensils etc. I don’t drive or have my license atm so won’t need to worry about a parking fee or poor park job from me. I pride myself on friendliness and treating others how I would want to be treated respectfully and am a fairly social individual once I get to know you more. Ideally looking for a fairly large room but willing to be open to your suggestions:)
