Hi! My name is Maria, and I am looking for a long-term, unfurnished, private room starting Feb 1.

I am looking to move to East Van, Mt. Pleasant, Renfrew-Collingwood, Brentwood, or N. Burnaby. Anywhere near a skytrain really as I go to SFU and need to be able to transit there.

Also would strongly prefer a wahser/dryer in the building. Unfortunately I cannot live with cats as I am allergic, but dogs are ok.

Either looking for an available room or someone to team up with and look for places together!

Very willing to team up and find a new, unfurnished rental as I have a bit of living room furniture and kitchen stuff in storage.

I am temporarily living with family in New West to save up, but I have lived on my own with roommates for several years. I like to keep shared spaces very tidy.

About me, I am a Geology Master’s student at SFU in my mid 20s so I go to school pretty much everyday during the week. On weekends I usually chill at home knitting and watching TV. If I go out, I like to go to a lot of concerts and hike. Not a partier, but I like to have hangouts at home every once in a while. I also travel a quite bit for fun and for work/school.

I am hoping to find other students/young professionals with similar lifestyles to me. Always happy to hang out with my roomies in common spaces and chat.
