Hey there! my current roommate is moving to a new province, so I’m looking for someone to take their place.

A bit about the space: once they move out, the apartment will be mostly unfurnished for a little while as I start gradually adding furniture again.

I’m looking for a roommate who is: • Clean and organized • Good with communication • Not stuck up:)

As for for me: • I work quite often, so I’m not home a crazy amount, but I do enjoy hanging out in the common place when home • Tidy, mindful of space and what others own and friendly. • I’m a people person, so it would be great if I find someone who enjoys talking every now and then
