Looking in: Airdrie, AB & Calgary, AB.
I’m looking for a room to rent or an inclusive roommate to split accommodations for 2 or 3 bedrooms, in Calgary or Airdrie, for the end of May/June 1st onwards.
I currently have a 2 bedroom apartment, however my current roommate is moving out and back to school. So I am debating on either bringing a roommate in to fill the 2nd bedroom, or to split a new apartment with someone.
I’m quiet and focused on part-time work teaching at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, as I focus on IT certification and licensing, for which I have received grants. So my focus is almost entirely on part-time work, online studies and examinations. Looking for a quiet professional environment. I’d make for one quiet roommate as I do not party, smoke, have pets, or play loud music (always use a headset). I do some yoga and hope for some green space. I have no pets but I do love animals.
