Hi! I’m looking for a private room in or around Kitsilano, Langara, or nearby Vancouver neighborhoods. My monthly budget is $700–$750, with utilities included.

I’m a student at University Canada West and also working part-time as a line cook at Just Another Café near Kits Beach. I’m responsible, clean, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces.

The place should be guest-friendly, as my boyfriend visits from Abbotsford around 2–3 times a month and stays for a short visit.

I don’t smoke or party, and I spend most of my time working or studying. I’m easygoing, pay rent on time, and just looking for a peaceful and respectful place to stay.
