Hi! I’m a 34 year old dance educator and choreographer with a pretty full schedule, mornings are usually spent at home prepping, and I teach most evenings and some full days on weekends. I’m a bit of a night owl, but overall I keep things calm, quiet, and respectful at home.

I’d describe myself as clean, tidy, and easy to live with. I do simple cooking and light meal prep, and I always take care of my space. I don’t smoke or drink, and I live a pretty health focused, low key lifestyle.

I have a small precious cavapoo (under 20 lbs). She is a quick learner as she’s heavily food driven and can be trained to adjust to new environments. So being pet-friendly is important.

I’m an introverted extrovert: I mostly keep to myself and stay busy, but I’m friendly and open to the occasional hangout with a roommate when timing aligns. I value a peaceful environment as most of my days I’m teaching students and exerting energy. At home I like to play with my dog, workout, watch movies, or choreograph.

I’m looking for a roommate who is clean, respectful, and communicative. We don’t have to be best friends, but a positive, considerate dynamic matters. Ideally someone who also values a calm home, No smoking, no drugs, no partying, and no frequent overnight guests.

I’m financially responsible, proactive, and big on communication. Overall, I’m just looking for a comfortable, safe, and respectful space to call home.
