Hello potential rommie and welcome to my profile! 😊 My name is Ayce, I am in my late 20s and work full-time as a Credit Specialist. In my free time I like to work out, golf, play basketball, game, play the guitar, and watch Nerdy stuff like Anime and Star Wars 😅 I am also a lover of the cinema. I am very OCD and a clean freak. I honestly cannot live in a messy environment.

What I’m looking for in a roommate. I just need someone who is clean and respectful of the common living space and is willing to share chores to keep everything tidy and neat. I would also like someone who I can potentially call a friend so living together isn’t awkward/weird. I love sharing but also know boundaries. I am hoping to partner up with someone cool to find a place to call home. Preferably looking for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment/condo, would consider a basement suit but really depends on how it looks/feels and needs to be in Burnaby/Vancouver area. Reason for leaving my current place is to be closer to work to save on transportation costs as they are forcing us back to the office after the new year.
