Maya & Ezra

Who we are looking for: Howdy! We are 2 friends looking for a 3rd roommate for our new place : )  We are aiming to find a cat friendly 3 bedroom place around a skytrain (either somewhere from Sperling-Port Coquitlam or Sapperton-Production Way & no more than a 15min walk from a station). Move in date is Feb 28. Our combined budget is $1,900~ & we are hoping for someone with a minimum budget of $900-1,000+. We are both neuro-spicy and open communication is very important, so if you have strong communication skills, you are what we are looking for! Shared living is already hard as it is, so getting someone who is willing to be a team member would be a bonus. Please also take into account we have 2 cats and unfortunately cannot add more pets into the mix, an understanding of (& a love for) cats is a must!  Females are preferred, LGBTQ+ welcome!!

A little about us & the cats:

• I’m Maya (she/her), I’m a 23yr old full-time pet groomer. Outside of work, I’m very much a homebody (I love my space) & super night owl. I’m a wide range fanatic (comics, dnd, videogames, anime, film, etc.), so I’m always down to talk about geek stuff. Idk what else to put, but I hope to get along with you well : )
• I’m Ezra (they/them), I am a queer 20 year old who is currently working at a doggy daycare while applying to school for creative writing. I love watching bad drama TV, anything to do with art, and video games (baldur’s gate 3 I love you). I do enjoy a good yap session and learning about people! Let me learn about your hyper fixations or hobbies!

As mentioned before, Ezra also has two cats (brother and sister duo)!

• Dinosaur [Dino] Chicken Nugget (M), the smooth brain king. He can be the problem child, whose activities mostly include stealing spatulas off the counter, knocking things off the counter, and annoying his sister. Dino has anxiety and will (unfortunately) poop on the bath mat when he gets stressed (get a better hobby Dino).
• Rubber Ducky [Ducky] (F) is the most fluffy princess, bundle of sass you could meet. She likes laying on her back in the sun, being around strangers, and bathtub time just for the faucet. Ducky’s few quirks include stealing plastic hair catchers (nasty girl) and eating her brother’s special food. They are both very chill and tame most of the time, they like sleeping the days away. They are the most NPC cats I have ever met.
