I’m looking for a female flatmate (preferably a working professional in the same age group) to share a 2 bed/2 bath apartment. Preferred location: Core downtown Budget- $1500. I want to move in on 1st August (or mid to ending July 2025).

I want a flatmate who is friendly, respectful, responsible, maintains open communication, doesn’t smoke, and isn’t noisy during work and sleep hours.

Note: I truly value neat, tidy, and organized common spaces where everything has its designated place. If cleanliness, sanitation, and maintaining a clutter-free environment aren’t priorities for you—or if you expect someone else to manage your chores or clean up after you—we will not be a good match. It’s essential for me to share a space with someone whose cleanliness habits align with mine. I want to make our home a clean, calm and peaceful sanctuary where both of us can be at ease and find our safe space to unwind and relax.

I’m a marketing professional and an MBA grad from Schulich. My work schedule will mostly be WFH. I workout regularly and prefer eating healthy. I also love board and card games!
