I am an environmental professional looking for a new place in Kamloops. I am. I would prefer a furnished room in a house and don’t mind sharing communal space with others (not picky on gender/sex). I would prefer a month-to-month agreement; My budget is around $800 - $850 ( incl utilities and internet) but I’m open to negotiating a fair and reasonable price after discussion. I would prefer a place without pets but it is not a deal breaker. I don’t drink, smoke or engage in recreational drugs/paraphernalia. I would need a place with parking space. I am usually reserved but I can be sociable in the right moments. I keep a clean place and appreciate any good leads on my request…Thank you!!!
