Hi there! I’m a quiet and clean individual. I’m a musician and occasional gamer, and I mostly keep to myself. I work remotely, so I’m ideally looking for a private basement or a private room in a quiet household/neighborhood, fast internet included so I can work comfortably.

A place within walking distance to a grocery store and/or good transit is really important to me. I’m looking for a place I can stay for 6+ months, and I can move in by the start of February.
