Hey there! My name is Emmanuel Der, and I am looking for a place to live in Calgary. Here is a brief amount of info about me if you are interested: I am 27, a musician and a professional piano teacher for a music studio. I have a total of 13 students and growing. I am a clean individual who will be more then willing to maintain cleanliness in my personal space and shared spaces. I do not drink, smoke and have no issue adapting to whatever conditions you require. I understand respect of others property and privacy and will do my upmost to be an excellent renter. I do have a hypoallergenic Maltese poodle mix named Momo (he is very well behaved, potty trained, does not bark often and is well trained) who I would really love to be able to stay with me as he is my best friend and I can’t live without him.Thank you so very much for your time!
