- Unfurnished 2 bed 1 bath house on Dresden Row, just 2 blocks from Spring Garden and close to all amenities
- Price is $1700/month per person, which includes all utilities
- There is access to a parking spot behind the house
- No pets permitted
- I am planning to move in for January 1st, however the house is currently empty, so there is the option to move in sooner if needed!
About me: I’m a nurse at the IWK, and work Monday - Friday. I consider myself to be pretty laid back, tidy and friendly! Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends, enjoying good food, and spending time outdoors! I’m also up for a good Netflix marathon during the colder months of the year☺️
