🏡 Looking for Shared, Pet-Friendly Housing — North / Central Edmonton
Hi — I am 25. I am searching for a shared rental accommodation (one bedroom) in North or Central Edmonton. I have a friendly 4-year-old lab/mixed dog who’s used to other dogs (I used to dog-sit and have had roommates with pets). Pet-friendly housing is a must.
About me: •Responsible, quiet, and tidy — I value clean shared spaces. •Work a side gig through Amazon and receive supports; currently finishing some programs, applying for work — may return to school once I find a good fit.
What I’m looking for •Budget: $600–$800/month (including utilities if shared accommodation — open to negotiation depending on what’s included). I will supply my own groceries and personal needs. •Pet-friendly — dog must be welcome •Clean, respectful housemate(s) who keep common areas tidy •Convenient location: near transit, grocery stores/plazas/malls. I do not drive, so this is important. •Unfurnished bedroom- I am coming from a shared situation so some stuff outside of the bedroom I do not have.
Nice to have (negotiable) •Backyard, or nearby walking trails, dog-parks, fields •Private bathroom •Dishwasher + kitchen big enough for two
