Am career oriented 34 year old female moving to Canada for the first time - super excited. Looking for a place for a minimum of 6 months and if things work well, we can negotiate to extend the tenure further. I work for an American bank. Will be working from home 3-4 days a week so hopefully that’s not an issue with my future roomie. I don’t drink or smoke, like to keep my place clean, often enjoy cooking.
