Description

Mature individual, currently attending University. Very clean when it comes to household habits and hygiene. Ideally looking for the same trait in a roommate. NO overnight guest.

Love riding bicycle in the summer, love nature and outdoors.

Vegetarian for over 10 years, now a days I consumed meat products once or twice a month. Ideal roommate, someone who is clean, tidy, respectful and friendly. Priority is cleanliness. I’m open for a female roommate as well as they tend to be cleaner than guys!

Have lived with countless of roommates over the years and most have not met my personal exception of cleanliness or good habits.

Preferably with own bathroom but if not.

Ideal roommate:

  • Hands washed after using the bathroom
  • Does not leave hair, mess etc after showering
  • Toilet seat should always be cleaned and lid should be closed at all times.
  • Does not use the shower as your person bidet( yes, some people do that) gross!
  • Does not leave water/mess on the floor after using the sink
  • Does not have a gf/bf( This leads to sleepover, intimate time with them) I’m uncomfortable with that. So NO.
  • Friends visits are ok so long as they follow the rules.
  • Does not smoke nor drink
  • No loud(music)
  • Bi-weekly cleaning
  • Be conscious of others

These are basic and corteous habits that most people don’t have or aren’t even aware of, while sharing a place with others.
