Hi, I’m a first-year master’s student looking for a place to rent, possibly between $500 - $850/month and female only space. I’d like a pet-friendly place (I don’t have any pets at the moment, but I am okay with housemates who do) with a private room (and bathroom if possible, but sharing is okay, too). I do not smoke, but I do drink occasionally and do not have any allergies. I am quiet but like social events, love watching TV shows, and spend time with my friends.
