I’m looking for a midterm or longterm room for rent.

My budget is 800 - 900 $CAD all utilities included. Starting immediately, next week or on July 1st, please.

My name is Cristian, I’m 32, I’m a single man, I’m from Bolivia, South America. I’m a student at Camosun College, and now this summer I’m working for a construction company.

I’m a quiet, respectful and extremely clean and ordered person. I’m also a solver man. Therefore, cleanliness and order must be priority. In this way, common spaces as kitchen, bathroom, and dining room must be clean and ordered all times or well cleaned after use.

I speak Spanish, nevertheless, I’m looking to enhance my English proficiency. Therefore, I would appreciate if you are English native speaker.

I would prefer to share house with people between ages last 20’s - mid 30’s (28 - 38).

I don’t have problems to live with men or women, always that common spaces must be ordered and cleaned. I also will value to share time with smart, passionate and creative people with growth and improving mindset.

I love and enjoy having time with animals and plants, however, I prefer cats instead of dogs. So, if you have pets, it’s good for me. I don’t have pets.

I don’t have a car, so, no need of parking space.

I don’t have bicycle, however, I would like to purchase one maybe in the next months.

My preferred zones to live are surrounding the following areas:

• Crystal Pool
• Downtown
• Esquimalt
