My income comes from my own rental property I have on the east coast, as well as my job as a security guard. I also do day trading from home.

I have my own car (bought cash). I generally spend lots of time in my room trading/studying or sitting outside unless I’m scheduled to work.

I have my own queen bed and fridge.

I’m a smoker, but I don’t drink and I’m clean and tidy. I prefer living with other males and I don’t prefer living with dogs (cats are fine).
