I am moving from New Zealand to Canada in mid-march, having just received a 2 year open work permit under the IEC visa program.

I am an ex-snowboard instructor, having since worked for several large commercial companies, I am looking for further career opportunities in Vancouver.

I am a very creative person, I enjoy making music and doing some art when I get the chance. I am very friendly & relaxed person, and have a good sense of humor. I have played rugby since I was very young, and hope to watch a few ice hocky matches while in Canada.

I moved into my first flat with friends when I was 17 and am a very tidy & respectful flat mate. A clean kitchen is a must for me.

An ideal flatting situation for me would be sharing a nice house with a decent backyard with a group of clean & friendly flat mates. Hopefully some of which would like to do trips out to the local snow mountains, go on bushwalks, or play rugby/touch throughout the year.

I would be open to doing a “team-up” with similar minded people looking to rent a room near Vancouver
