I hope all is very well.
I most recently lived in Thornhill, around the Promenade Mall (Bathurst & Centre Street area (old condos), for approx 5 years, and have temporarily moved (back in july this year for save on $ ) to a temporary place….and I would like to hopefully find a suitable “long term” rental in Thornhill (possible same area) or Richmond Hill ( Yonge south of 16th) soon. I am a mature adult individual, Male, single with NO children NO pets, very friendly, very clean, very respectful and I do NOT smoke/drink Ever! (whole life clean). I am Jewish (non religious) Working F/T (hybrid). I do not have a car, so location is very important to me for transit and shopping. Looking now for a suitable rental (master bedroom, condo share, or possible above ground basement) that includes a “private bathroom” required in all situations, but all other facilities can be shared. I have little furniture (only single bed(I would like to keep hopefully), a small open desk and other small items, no tables, couch etc. I am a light cooker , and do not cook/eat meat.
