Hello, I hope all is very well.

I am currently looking for a suitable Rental (such as a Condo share, Apartment/Master bedroom or possibly above-ground basement) **with a “Private Bathroom only” with the rental, with all else possible to share, in the Thornhill area (Bathurst Street or its surrounding area or in Richmond Hill, Yonge Street south of 16th Ave). I do not drive or have a vehicle, so the location would be important for transit and shopping purposes (and I do not need a parking space). I was living across from The Promenade Mall at Bathurst & Centre (last 5 years), and moved to a temporary situation, back in June/2025 (downgrade/$ save..)….looking for a current “long-term”, suitable “immediate” rental change. I am a mature single adult male, Jewish (non-religious). I have no kids, pets, I DO NOT drink (EVER in my lifetime!), and DO NOT smoke (EVER in my lifetime!)……I am a very clean, courteous, and very respectable individual. I always like to help where I can, and I possess strong family values. I am very quiet, having no guests ever, and would look forward to hopefully meeting the same with the Owners and household. I have only a single/twin-size bed(**that I would like to keep and take with me) and a desk (no drawer) for furniture, with other smaller items (NO tables, couches, etc.). I am currently working perm. FT, on a hybrid schedule. Please feel free to reach out for further information, and if you have a possible rental to discuss. **I would be looking for a particular move in late Jan or start Feb 2026, for a “long-term rental”.
