Hi everyone 👋 I’m MJ. I am currently working as a senior accountant and primarily looking to team up with a like-minded individual on a 2 bed 2 bath.

A little about me: I’m a very quiet and private person, most of my time is dedicated to work and after work studies, not too keen on smoking or drinking. I don’t have any pets (I absolutely adore cats tho). I wouldn’t call myself a clean freak but personal hygiene is an absolute MUST.

Who I’m looking for (you): Since we’re teaming up, we need the right documentation, meaning employment letter, paystubs, equifax, you know how it goes… Any 2 bed 2 bath unit worth its salt in those areas is around 2800-3000. I’m down to go 50-50 but that means your take home pay needs to be at least 3500-3750 NET (to clear the 40% ratio), otherwise we’d be wasting our time sending offers that will just get rejected. Goes without saying, good credit score will help our cause a great deal.

But on a more personal side, here’s what I care about in you as a person:

• Cleanliness & hygiene
• Respectfulness
• Understanding and flexibility
• Little to no noise pollution (please use headphones)
• 0 Drama & stress (home should be a relaxing environment not high-school)
• Non-smoker
